I hope today is as nice as Monday was because we are heading outside for some running! Even if Spring isn’t here we are going to run like it is in full swing! Today is supposed to have a high of 48 degrees so you might want to bring some long sleeve running gear and a cap.
skill: pull-ups
Work on the next level up of whatever type of pull-up you are doing. If you are on a band use the next color up from what you are on. If you are doing regular kipping pull-ups then work on the butterfly pull-up. Take time and talk with your coach if you need direction or help with a movement.
wod: 3 rounds for time – find a weight you can perform your squats with while maintaining a full range of motion. Remember you still have an 800m run after each round of squatting!
