WOD: Tuesday 28, December 2010

Skill: Muscle-ups! You will be working on the skills needed to perform muscle-ups and don’t worry if a muscle-up seems a long ways away. It is never to early to start preparing for what you want to do in the future. This will be a fun skill session and I am sure we will have progressions for you no matter where you are at in you CrossFit life!
