WOD: Tuesday 26, March 2011

Monday was a lot of fun and we saw a lot of great functional movement! Excellent job on your form and the weights you lifted!

Ready for some core and cardio work? I always love the day after strength training…:-)

wod: for total reps
800m run (every minute over 4 minutes for the 800m is minus 10 points to your total score)
1 minute sit-ups
1 minute supermans
1 minute pull-ups

rest 3 minutes

800m run (every minute over 4 minutes for the 800m is minus 10 points to your total score)
1 minute box jumps
1 minute medball slams
1 minute wallballs

Total score is the number of reps completed over the 6 minutes of work minus any subtractions for the 800m times.
