Skill work today is back squats. You will perform 3 sets of 5 squats with light weights and then 3 sets of 5 squats with heavier weights. Your working weights will be the same weight throughout these sets. Make sure you work on a FULL squat and that you are able to do it with the weight selected in your working sets.
