One round consists of one power clean, one front squat, one push press, one back squat, and another push press. You are not allowed to set the bar on the ground to rest between rounds. You must either “tap and go” or rest with the bar off the ground.
There is a 45 minute time limit on the wod so get in and get warmed up. If you are looking for your last time for the Running Bear we did it on June 8th.
