Well, we made it through the second day of the Paleo Challenge and no one lost their mind so we seem to be off to a good start!
Skill: Pick any skill (except pull-ups and do 3, 6, or 9 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
Pull-up work: 3 Pull-up Ladders (weighted if you are strong enough)
Wod: Death by Snatch: 95/65
Make sure you spend at least 10 minutes warming up for the snatch wod. Start with an empty bar and work up to the weight you are going to use for the wod.
