Strength: DeadLift 3×5 Slow & Smooth

DU's are tough; try to stay relaxed don't let a whack in the shins slow you down

Wod: AMRAP in 12 min of:
15 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
15 sit ups
30 Double-Unders (100 singles)*

*We want everyone to be able to do double unders so please do them if you are able to, even if you must do singles in between. It can be frustrating to be slowed down by a move you are not good at but have some patience and give yourself a chance to get better.
