If you thought yesterday’s WOD was a good one, wait until you see this!
Warm Up: 400 M Run, 10 push ups, 10 squats, 10 pull ups, 10 sit ups
Skill: Kipping T2B and K2E
WOD: Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30
Reps must be done at the weight you choose without re-racking the bar

Forgive me, but…..Is this a set of one then a set of 10, then one and so on? Total of 63 reps?
Fitness magazines might be a guilty pleasure of mine … and the warm-up alone looks like a workout they would recommend. This should be good.
Craig, there will be a total of 3 rounds. First round will be 10 reps unbroken. Second round will be 20 reps unbroken. Third round will be 30 reps unbroken.
You will need to reduce your weight for each round so you can complete the required reps. This is not a time based wod as much as it is learning how to front squat when tired and also becoming familiar with your strength.
Craig,
Actually you are in fact correct. It’s a single, then a set of ten, a single, then a set of 20, a single, then a set of 30.
