WOD: Tuesday 2, October 2012

It looks like everyone lived through the front rack weight lunges so we will put that skill away for a little while and work on some shoulders.

Strength: Rack Jerks 7×1 woking up to 90% of C&J 1RM (rest 90 sec between efforts)

Wod: 12 minute AMRAP
5 evil wheels
10 box jump overs
20 sit ups
