WOD: Tuesday 19, April 2011

Everyone did well on Angie and a couple of you killed it! Look to see what goes on the board today…you will be surprised.

skill: Handstands

wod1: 1 mile run (not a time trial – just a good warm-up)

wod2: Ascending Squats 115/155
You will start off with 1 back squat for the first minute
2 back squats for the second minute
3 back squats for the third minute
and so on till you can no longer keep pace.

Your score is total minutes (rounds) and all reps in the last minute if you do not complete it in time. Example: 10 minutes + 6 (for reps completed in the 11th minute)
