Great day on Monday. The wod was a lot of fun and I saw a lot of bodies laying around on the floor…so it must have been fun!
WARM UP: (10 burpees, 10 jumping squats, 5 HSPU) x3
SKILL: Tabata double unders (4 singles)
WOD: 15 minute AMRAP
10 wall balls (20/14)
10 toes to bar
10 box jumps (20/24)








NOTE on the “skill”: This is skill work; you all should be doing double unders, no singles… even if you get 1 double under per tabata round. Don’t be lazy and don’t cheat yourself.
