10 wallballs
20 double unders
Skill: Handstands
5 HS Push-ups x2
Max handstand hold. 1 set for max time.
Wod: Sit-ups and wallballs 14/20
10-20-30-40-30-20-10
Perform 10 sit-ups and 10 wallballs then 20 of each and then 30 of each and so on till you get back to a final set of 10 each.
