WOD: Tuesday 17, January 2012

What a humbling experience to do the GLI WOD #1 yesterday!  I am impressed with our athletes at the competition that did this, rested a bit and did another WOD!  Billy has written some kick ass workouts this week!

5 Rounds for time of:

12 wallball shots 20/14

12 T2B

rest 10 minutes

5 min AMRAP

10 KBS 53/35

10 squats
