It is tough! I was amazed at the morning classes!!!
Dear Crossfit, I am addicted to you.
I can’t make it on time the next few nights due to “Meet the Teacher Night”. Would I still make it on time for the WOD if I get there at 7:45 tonight?

I noticed that this mornings times were anywhere between 30 min and 51 min. I think you will be ok slipping in at 7:45. I’ll tell “Barbara” you’ll be late!
The fastest workout today have been 29:50 so more than likely times will be running around 45 minutes. Now if you don’t mind being cut short at 8:30pm then you are more than welcome!

sweet, this is a great opportunity for many of you to show off your improved pull up skillz… work those kips, take care of the hands!
I’ve been wanting to do this wod for a while. will try to find a pull up bar and attempt this after coming down off the mountain tomorrow night.

yeah, this workout royally sucks. two girls wanted to work out with me for the first time, and I happened to be doing this workout. they both did it as rxed except for the pull ups! my time was 37.34, and theirs was 58:12 and 59:38.
they hated me for days. (:
I can imagine! How do they feel about it now. Usually I find it goes from anger to that was pretty cool or “I am never doing that again!”
Good time by the way! I did not manage to get this one done so I still have yet to do this workout. I a may try it this Sunday.
