Skill: 2 pull up ladders

Strength: 7×2 Snatch (1st one is a pwr snatch. 2nd one is a squat snatch for advanced. The bar can be dropped between reps)

Wod: 12 Min AMRAP
5 wall walks
7 OHS
200m run
