Warm up:

2 x OHS w/pvc pipe
Skill: Snatch and OHS – Take time with your coach to work on the snatch movement and find your weight you are going to use. There is NO RX weight for this wod. This wod is about form and full range of motion! Find the right weight for yourself and get after it!!!
Wod: for time
15 Snatchs with OHS on each rep
run 200m
10 Snatchs with OHS on each rep
400m run
5 Snatches with OHS on each rep
800m run









If I am reading this right, this will total 120 snatches and 3.5 miles of running!?!? I will need a stinky drink after that!!!

Ok, now it is listed FOR TIME. When I looked last night it said 4 ROUND5 FOR TIME. I was hoping that was.a misprint!!!!
