Skill: Overhead Squat 5-5-5-3-3
Work on your air squat and make sure you are stretched well before you start into the skill session. Your ability to perform this squat will be hampered if you have a poor squat form or if you are not prepared with a proper warm-up.

30 air squats
400m run
30 burpees
400m run
30 wallballs 12/20
400m run
30 pullups

  • Also don’t forget about the Open House Event for the CrossFit Carmel Kids Summer Camp on July 5th, 7th and 9th at 10am until 1pm! Kids can come in for a FREE workout and parents can meet the Summer Camp staff! Feel free to email Brenda for more information!
