Good job to everyone on the SDHP/Push Press wod! I saw a few more bodies on the floor than normal…

Strength: Pull-up 1RM – this means after a warm up you will perform as many pull-ups as you can unbroken. Simply put you feet cannot touch the ground until you are done with your effort.

wod: 4 Rounds for time
15 One Arm DB Snatch (30/45) you can alternate arms
15 Lateral Jumps (45 plate)

Can anyone guess who these 5 people are?
