Strength: Pull-up 1RM – this means after a warm up you will perform as many pull-ups as you can unbroken. Simply put you feet cannot touch the ground until you are done with your effort.
wod: 4 Rounds for time
15 One Arm DB Snatch (30/45) you can alternate arms
15 Lateral Jumps (45 plate)

The pull up 1RM was written to be a weighted pull up 1RM, but either way is good strength work…

Caitlin, that makes good sense. For those athletes who have dead hang pull-ups I will do a max 1 rep movement and for those who are on a band I will have them do max reps.
