Soooooo… What’s a Turkish Get-Up?
oohhh, you’ve never done a TGU? the quick & basic description is to go from lying flat to standing while holding a KB straight up the entire time. as with many things in CF, it’s a lot harder than it looks/sounds. It’s a great core exercise as you have to keep core tight and balanced the entire time.

Turkish Get Up……..MUCH harder than it seems…..a very humbling thing. Great workout!!!
