WOD: Tuesday 13, December 2011

Presents from the “Giving Trees” are starting to trickle in!  Please wrap your gift and attached the tag you took from the “tree” and return it to the gym by Dec 19th.  There are a few tags left!  We are also still collecting food for the Food Pantry at Carmel United Methodist Church.  We will collect until the 19th as well.  Thank you so much for generosity towards others in need this Holiday Season!

  • I’m getting back into crossfit for the first time in.. oh.. 5 or so months, so I’m trying to ease back into it. I thought it would be a great idea to just do 5 rounds of the warm up you have listed as my wod and even that was a challenge! it took my out-of-shape behind 24 minutes to do it. oi vey. 2 days into this and I’m just as sore as I was when I first started. brings back memories.
