The only way to describe this one is “ouch”. Great workout ,Scott and Lin – Thanks for pushing me through this one.
NO DOUBT! Daniel is a “Hero” (in honor of an American soldier killed in combat) wod and it was worthy of a hero for sure. As I was starting to feel really awful Kaylen brought the orange bucket over and I initially thought she was putting it closer in case I needed to throw up. Thankfully I kept it together, but it was a SLOW run home.
thanks for pushing me too… w/o the running I wouldn’t have had a shot of keeping up with you.
looking forward to doing Fran again, pretty sure we’re due for a PR
