Good job on the back squats and the step ups on Monday. Today we are going to work on some skill movements and some core work.

10 ring push-ups
10 toes to bar

Core: x2
Max effort planks – perform you first plank for time…rest 2 minutes…the perform your second. Your score is total seconds continuously in plank position.

20 wall balls
30 double unders
