Time for some cardio work! Today we are going to test your fitness with some ab work and a few box jumps added in for fun!
Skill: Pull-ups/Toes to bars – if you are good at straight kipping pull-ups try a change of pace and start working on the butterfly kip and see what happens.

30 Box Jump 20/24
20 Toes to Bars
