Everyone did great on the wod yesterday. It turns out you almost ran your coaches into the ground…! Today we are taking a break from the Olympic bar so we can recover some. Here you go…

Always fun to see girls swinging sledge hammers! This was a great wod and yes Jonathan had the fastest time!
Samuel and I drove by while you guys were doing this and he said (in his funny 2 year old voice), “WOAH. BIG TIYAS.” Translation: Woah. Big tires. I think he’ll be an avid crossfitter in a few years!
I’m still not sure how I feel about this whole girls and sledge hammers and tires and things and it definitely did nothing to help my supermodel hands!! But you forgot that Theresa had the best girl time!
