skill: Turkish Get Ups – 3 x 5 each side. Slow and Steady
Wod: Pull Ups on the Minute
With a continuously running clock, do 1 pull up the 1st minute,
2 pull ups the 2nd minute, 3 pull ups the 3rd minute, etc… until
you are unable to get the required # of pull ups done in that minute
Post last round completed and any uncompleted reps to comments
If you are using a band, you must stay on same band for entire wod.
