Skill: DB Bench Press – On stability ball. Keep core tight and reps slow & controlled

Wod:
5 rounds for time of:
Run 200m while carrying Med Ball (20/12)
10 Decline Push Ups (balance feet on med ball or box)
20 Renegade Rows (10 each side, 25/15)
20 Steps 1-arm OH Lunge (45/25)

cool down: 3×10 floor wipers while pressing bar (45/15)
