Another incredible workout written by Caitlin!  She is tough but that is because she cares!

Warm up: 32 KBS 26/35, 16 T2B, 800m run

Strength: Bench Press, 5RM

WOD: 3 rounds for time

200m run

20 double wall balls 14/20

    Brenda, you were talking about the tough mudder in November, can you post that information or send it out? Are people registering as a team or as individuals, you said there was a CFC discount, etc?
