Warm up: 800m run, 30 KB swings 18/26
Strength: Max pull ups with 30% body weight added for 1 round.
wod: Max pounds lifted
Each athlete will perform each lift for 3 reps and add the totals lbs together for your score. The 3 reps are continuous just the same as our 3RM lifts are. Time limit is 30 minutes for this wod. You MUST have excellent form for a lift to count. Poor form equals a no rep.
3 reps of the press
3 reps of the deadlift
3 reps of the clean
Score is total lbs of all 9 lifts.
