WOD: Thursday July 29, 2010

Skill: Push Jerks/Press 5×5
We will be going through a short warmup/intro on the Push Jerk to help more people get comfortable with the movement, but you will still have the option to work Push Press if you choose.

Wod: 4 rounds for time of:

25 Mountain Climbers (sets, counting only 1 foot)
20 Dynamic Push Ups
15 steps 1 arm OH lunge
10 Ring Dips

Travis has gotten stronger AND faster - well done man!

    sorry, but I erased the board before taking a picture of it… ryan, did you take a pic of the board w/ your phone? anyone else, feel free to post w/ your times…

    I know chris and nick did 5:25, grant – 6:03, Matt-6:10, Jen A-6:15,dave-6:30, steph-6:40, elaine and caitlin were just over 7:00.

    tonight we are blowing out the shoulders and triceps, get ready for a fight!

    Great. Thanks guys. Those are some pretty good times people put up. I’m interested to see how we all will improve on those when timed again. I was at 6:30. It be nice to the in the low 6′s with more training, implementing more pose technique, and maybe a cooler day.
