The weekend is almost here, and that means the CrossFit Games are about to begin! Friday night at the gym around 8pm we will be projecting the CrossFit Games up on the wall! So it’s a BYOM and a BYOB! M is for meat to grill and you already know what the B is for!

We are! should we just bring meat or another side dish? I was thinking about making that brussel sprout coleslaw because I have some in my fridge… do you have the recipe you could email me? Unfortunately, I lost it!
