try to increase weight each set of the Presses

Wod: 3 rounds for time of:
20 Box Jumps (20/12)
20 Floor Wipers (135/95)
20 KB Clean & Jerk – 10 each arm – 35/18

This is meant to prepare you for the tough middle section of the 300 Spartan challenge. It is coming up next weekend, be sure to sign up asap so we know how many peeps to expect (and more importantly, to feed)

ENDURANCE CLASS: I (Scott) will be gone tonight and so won’t be there to time you, but if you are able to come I would like you to still get a workout in. The WOD for tonight is a 15 minute TT: Starting on Monon in front of gym, head south on the Monon; turn back at halfway time (7:30) and run back to gym. Continue running for full 15:00, even if you pass gym in process. Compare distance to what you did last month. Also, make necessary adjustments to your turn around time (turn earlier if you didn’t make it back to start in time limit). Post turn around spot to comments.
