WOW! Wednesday was the first time we have done “Forrest” and for a lot of us it was a learning experience of how far we can push ourselves. Remember to write down you time and if you modified the wod write down how you modified it.
Skill: Walk Outs (start in push-up plank position, walk hands out)
wod: Back to back Tabatas (2 sets of tabatas in a row)

What is a tabata? For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the total or least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.
