This is an endurance day so use this as a recovery from Wednesday. Keep a good pace but this is not an all out run so take your time. You should be able to talk with your running partner without to much trouble. Just don’t pair yourself with Scott… Below is the path you will take for the run. One of your trainers should be on the run with you so enjoy the time with them. You will run 2 loops to complete you mile run.
