Great job on the Filthy Fifty on Wednesday. We had several 1st time finishers and several PRs!

Strength: Snatch
7×2 Power Snatch (advanced = squat snatch) The weight should be light enough where you do not have to drop the bar between reps.

Wod: 7 rounds (30 min cap)
15 OHS 75/55
5 bar facing burpees
