It has been a tough week so today we are going to concentrate on some running. Make sure you check your recorded previous mile attempts so you can make comparisons.
WARM UP: 250m row x2 (take time to stretch between rows)
WOD: 1 mile time trial
Run an 800m warm up lap at slow pace before you begin the wod.
Once you are done with your mile TT your coach will have some skill work and mobility work for you to help recover from the previous wods!
