WOD: Thursday 5, July 2012

Had a lot of fun on Wednesday with the hero wod. Everyone did great on such a hot day! Since the temps are supposed to reach 100 degrees today the A/C will be on in the gym…:-)

Strength: 7 rounds of 2 C&J + 1 Push/Split jerk
Athlete will perform 2 C&J and on the second clean they will jerk the weight.

WOD: 3 rounds
200m run
5 C&J 155/115 (if you cannot RX this weight go with 75% of the weight used in the strength above)
10 wallballs
15 sit-ups
