Skill: Split Jerk 5-5-5-3-3
After the last few days of heavy lifting we are going to give you a break and work soley with body weight and a wall ball…:-) We didn’t say the intensity would be any less just the amount of weight involved. Have fun!
wod: 3 rounds for time
25 Air Squats
20 Burpees
15 Wall Balls 10/20
10 Box Jumps 12/20
5 Knees-to-elbows

Indeed. My comment is actually ” wall balls, wall balls why do you hate me so!” not sure why those are still so hard for me….ick

It was fun to watch. Somewhere around the second set of Burpees the look everyones faces changes…

Great on the lifts!!! That is the best so far. We will have to see how the evening classes do.
