Strength: Clean and Jerk
1 Clean (from floor) + 1 Hang Clean (just above knees) + 1 Jerk (after the Hang Clean) EMOM for 7 minutes. Weight should be 70-75% of your 1RM for the Jerk. Make sure to warm up well as you get to your working weight.
