WOD: Thursday 3, February 2011

Today we are going to rock out the squats!!! Warm up well and find a solid starting weight that you can increase up from and maintain good form. Have fun!

wod: Tower of Power Series – Squats (we will be doing a series of these workouts and they will be posted on the board) Squats must be full range of motion or the reps will not count.

Max reps of back squats in one minute at 135/85#
Rest 3 minutes
Max reps of back squats in one minute at 185/115#
Rest 3 minutes
Max reps of back squats in one minute at 225/135#
Rest 3 minutes
Max reps of back squats in one minute at 185/115#
Rest 3 minutes
Max reps of back squats in one minute at 135/85#
Scoring: 1 pt for each 135/85# squat. 3 pts for each 185/115# squat. 7 pts for each 225/135# squat
