Congratulations to everyone who completed the final Reebok CrossFit Open 11.6 wod! Today we will be concentrating on some skill/strength work with a short wod at the end. Don’t mistake short with easy…:-)
skill/strength: power cleans (from the floor) working up to 70%-80% of your 1RM for the working sets.
3×5 warm-up sets
2×5 working sets with your 3rd working set being max repetitions you can do.
wod: 21-15-9 for time
deadlifts (135/185 or find a weight you can do with good form! )
box jumps (20/24)
