Ouch! 7 minutes of squatting hurts! my legs are still aching! lol
WOD was killer today. 7 Min destroyed my legs. I did not know what jurks were so I guess I did clean and jurk today. No wonder it was so hard. 2 sets in 27 min. Then 1.5 hrs racquetball. Bed time.
