WOD: Thursday 24, March 2011

Today you are going to get to pick what skill you want to work on with the rings. Have fun with it but make sure to get it at least 3 sets of 5-10 reps on whatever ring skill you decide to work on!

Skill: your choice of ring work. (push-up/dips/muscle-up/etc..)

wod: 3 rounds for time
400m medball run 12/20
20 pull-ups
