Today is a bit of a recovery day after the beatdown Kelly wod. We also want everyone to be ready for FGB5 this Saturday so take some time to stretch and rest whatever may be sore from the last few days of wods.
Run & Endurance class: We will be doing some easy running tonight as I hope to take video of everyone’s stride.
