Strength: 3 rounds
Ring Dips – keep your form as strict as possible.

wod: 5 rounds for time
5 Snatch grip deadlifts 95/135 (adjust weight to where you can do STRICT form)
10 pull-ups
5 Regular grip deadlifts 95/135
10 pull-ups
