Skill: Floor wipers (135/95)
Strength: Work on Snatch Form and Strength
Halting Snatch Deadlifts 5×1 (heavy as possible with good form)
Heaving Snatch Balance 5×3 (form is the main focus of this lift)
Wod: Death by Snatch 75/55 (advanced must do squat snatch)
1st minute 1 rep
2nd minute 2 reps
3rd minute 3 reps
and so on until you fail
