WARM UP: 200m row, 20 double unders x 3
WOD 1: 8 minute AMRAP
400m run with sandbag (45/90)
The rest of 8 minutes will be spent rowing for calories
For WOD 1 you will pick up your sandbag and run 400m. Once you finish your run you will immediately move to the rower and spend the REMAINING time of your 8 minutes rowing for calories. How fast you run will definitely affect how much time you have left to row! Your score it total calories rowed.
Rest 10 minutes
WOD 2: 3 rounds for time
10 kb swings (1/1.5 pood)
10 box jump overs (20/24)
20 double unders (4-1)
