From the CrossFit Discussion Board: “There are lots of reasons why Fran is a great benchmark. Mostly because it consists of squat, push, and pull (3 of the most essential human movements) in rapid succession and that it requires moderate strength, moderate local muscular endurance, and high metabolic capacity. If you are good at those three movements and possess those three physical traits, chances are you’re pretty darn fit.”
