Strength Work: Shoulder Press – make sure and work on keeping your core tight and pushing your head through the lift. If you are lifting with a partner have them watch and help correct your form if needed.

BTWB’s Dec competition is max effort box jumps in 2 minutes. You need to submit video showing the clock & your jumps. Heels must be at box height (no jumping on the edges) and hips need to be extended at the top or on the way day for the jump to count. You also obviously need to be a member of BTWB to be eligible. 24″ box for the guys and 20″ for girls. Anyone besides me interested in doing this?? Entries need to be submitted by 12/17. Check the competitions tab on BTWB.com for more details. Sometimes due to lack of entries you have a good chance of getting a prize
that’s how I got one for FGB. Besides that it’s just fun to do.
