Strength: Squat Clean Ladder x 3

1 squat clean rest 30 seconds
2 squat cleans rest 60 seconds
3 squat cleans rest 90 seconds

*Each 1-2-3 is a ladder so you will do 3 ladders.
**Athlete must pick a weight and it remains the same throughout the reps

Wod: Clean and Jerk every minute on the minute (12 minutes)
