wod: Thursday 19, August 2010

Skill: Box Squats 5-5-5-3-3 We will be working with light weights and concentrating of proper form. You will be squatting in the wod today so do not go heavy in your reps!!!

wod: 10×2 back squats on the minute
On every minute do 2 Back Squats with 70% of your 1RM. Rest for the remainder of that minute.repeat until you have completed 10 rounds.
